Who does this class address to?
This class is not about entertainment or recreation, it’s about the necessity to protect yourself and to survive. We all have limited time, limited resources, and limited capabilities. The techniques must be learned and practiced “live”, as close to real-life situation as possible. If you are weak for a second, either physically or psychologically, your opponent/aggressor will take the initiative and the consequences may be dire.
What does this Class teaches?
The study program is formed out of the best technical and tactical components useful in a street fight. The course is based on an integrated fighting system which manages to create a unique response to the most diverse settings in which a physical aggression may take place. You will study:
Fighting either empty-handed, or with a knife, a stick, or an unconventional weapon (pen, umbrella, etc.), standing or at ground-level, as well as access to different types of combat, military tactics and logistics, useful in a physical confrontation.
Each of the studied techniques must be:
- Known and applied in diverse combat systems (civilian or military) with convincing results and the possibility that any person can apply it in real combat;
- Effective and useful, extravaganza doesn’t have it’s place here, efficiency is the fundamental goal;
- Learned and taught as close to real-life conditions as possible, the fact being known that only a violent technique will defeat another. This is the reality we all live in, even if we like it or not;
- Self-defense techniques, combat techniques (attack and counterattack) integrated into an unique and original training system, that is adaptive to it’s trainees.
Why would I attend this class?
This class gives you the possibility to “remain on your feet” when reality strikes hard, when all that matters are maximum strength, speed and violence. We have to be aware that when someone strikes us, he won’t be caring and protective. This class will build your real self-confidence.
Equipment
There is no need of special equipment (a pair of training pants, an extra t-shirt and a bottle of water will suffice).
What are the Close Fighting and Combat Self Defense principles?
- Avoid getting hit;
- Attack and defense must be, when possible, simultaneous;
- Techniques must be simple, efficient and fast, no matter how they look or appear;
- Adapt to the place and situation, to the weapon at your disposal, be it better or worse then your opponent’s;
- You can’t afford to fight fair…It may sound unpleasant but it can save your life;
- Fight real, hard, strong! No limits, no rules!
Psychological elements for applying the techniques in real-life
- Impose yourself under all aspects in front of the enemy;
- Repeated, successive techniques that will put the aggressor in the impossibility to take the initiative;
- The counterattack shortcircuits the mental aspect of the fight, obliging the other party to defend itself;
- Destroy the opponent’s physical and psychological balance;
- Strike, strike, strike….
Psychological Training
- Transform from victim to “aggressor”: when people are hit/abused, they become defensive. Every strike must motivate your defense and offense. Your way of thinking will decide where you will be in the following fazes of the confrontation;
- Violence defeats violence: Every strike must motivate your defense and offense. If you have to fight, you must become the aggressor. You decide if you will become a victim. Your mind must be strong because it leads your body and your techniques;
- Ultimate resolve will defeat a powerful technique: under the pressure of stress, fatigue and pain you don’t have time to think. Psychological training is essential and it will save you from those brief sensations.

DESPRE CONSSTRAINING MARTIAL ARTS
Incepand cu anii 90 multe competitii de Arte Martiale au inceput sa se transforme, sa se deschida spre alte sisteme de lupta si sa accepte lupte intre practicanti din diferite stiluri de contact, regulamentele fiind adaptate pentru a permite tuturor celor care vor, indiferent de stil, sa lupte.

Saritul Corzii
Daca mult timp a fost considerata o “joaca de copii”, saritul corzii este practicat acum ca metoda de antrenament de catre atleti din diferite sporturi, mai ales tenis, baschet si box. Saritul corzii, desi putin practicat la noi ca sport pentru adulti, are o multime de avantaje.
