Who should attend this course?

Young boys and girls aged between 10 and 25 years without medical problems (fit for constant physical and intellectual effort), willing to assert.

What do we learn?

The purpose of this course is to train and promote young athletes in sports competitions by an exceptional athletic training. Assimilation and improvement of all technical details of arbitration is priority, but also the psychology of the athlete, competitive tactics and strategies.

Schedule

Weekly

Performance training program is generally structured in 6 days of training a week.

There are 4 hours of training in dojo and other 2 hours of individual training(physical training, theoretical study, mental training, etc.).

Holidays

There are no interruptions during the school holidays or vacations. In these  periods training is more intense  by organizing and participating in various  internship training, with 2-3 hours of training twice a day + professional physical training. Athletes  are  also attending  private courses customized according to its psychosomatic profile.

How do I register?

Registrations for Performance Team (Karate Shotokan Kata- Kumite; Karate Shito-Ryu Kata; Ju-Jitsu Duo si Fighting; Kick Boxing Semi - Contact, High Kick and forms -Kata; Doce Pares Eskrima Sayaw and Fight)are made in two ways.

  1. The student attends the MA classes held at our club, and after a while the trainer decides on which performance segment is possible for the athlete to train  considering its motivation, desire and specific skills required.
  2. The candidate is directly having a theoretical and practical examination, and if it promotes the tests is automatically included in the Club’s Performance Team.

Location & Equipment

The Performance courses’ location is mainly Fudoshin Martial Arts’ dojo,but also in other locations, depending on the student’s specific training.

DESPRE CONSSTRAINING MARTIAL ARTS

Incepand cu anii 90 multe competitii de Arte Martiale au inceput sa se transforme, sa se deschida spre alte sisteme de lupta si sa accepte lupte intre practicanti din diferite stiluri de contact, regulamentele fiind adaptate pentru a permite tuturor celor care vor, indiferent de stil, sa lupte.

Saritul Corzii

Daca mult timp a fost considerata o “joaca de copii”, saritul corzii este practicat acum ca metoda de antrenament de catre atleti din diferite sporturi, mai ales tenis, baschet si box. Saritul corzii, desi putin practicat la noi ca sport pentru adulti, are o multime de avantaje.
